The Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square Hotel, centers itself within the vibrant atmosphere of Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas. The hotel is conveniently located minutes northwest of DFW International Airport and major highways keeping travel time to a minimum. The Hotel features 15,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space and a beautiful outdoor veranda.
The Vernon Wells Perfect 10 Foundation will host the 2nd Annual Charity Gala on Sunday November 14, 2010 at the Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square Hotel in Southlake, Texas.
Sponsorship Levels
PREMIER TABLE OF TEN - $3,500
- Eight (8) guest seats at a premier reserved table plus a celebrity and guest of celebrity
- Opportunity to mix and mingle with all celebrities in attendance
- Full page ad in event program (if received by event deadline)
- Eight (8) tickets to private VIP reception with celebrities from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

PARTNER TABLE OF TEN - $2,500
- Eight (8) guest seats at a partner table plus a celebrity and guest of celebrity
- Opportunity to mix and mingle with all celebrities in attendance
- ½ page ad in event program (if received by event deadline)
- Company name recognition in event program
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: $400 FOR ONE OR $750 FOR TWO
- One (1) ticket per person
- Opportunity to mix and mingle with all celebrities in attendance
Proceeds from all tax-deductible donations/sponsorships will benefit the Vernon Wells Perfect 10 Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and The Pro Players Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
